Green award encourages hotels to save resources

Organized by the Environment Council with the assistance of Macau Government Tourist Office, the scheme aims to show the importance of environmental management and recognizes hotels for their commitment to green initiatives.

Challenging agenda
The European Commission, the executive arm of the European Union, is nudging Macaus government to undertake institutional and administrative reforms to improve transparency and more direct accountability.
